Spring Is Here! + Wearing Clothes You Are Comfortable In
I love Spring, because spring means that it's the time of my birthday! But the reason why I love spring the most is watching the flora bloom around me, and the weather getting warmer and warmer.
Even though I pre-shot this outfit in the middle of winter and it was freeeezing, this is still an outfit I wear on a daily basis when it gets warmer. I always stick to showcasing comfy and simple outfits that can still make a statement on my blog. Hope this inspires you to wear clothes that can not only make a statement but also be comfortable.
This cardigan has been in my closet for a solid 2-3 years, and honestly I am still very much in love with it, and I still get complements on it!
It's perfect for spring to wear a long cardi, because not only can it keep you warm from shoulders down, but it can also still protect your body from harsh winds.
I really want to get more long cardi's that are less casual and perfect for fancy evenings, but honestly, this cardi is so amazing I always bring it no matter where I go.

My Style Story for Wearing Comfy Clothes
Whenever I'm on Instagram, I see people wearing these crazy intricate or non-weather appropriate outfits, and I wonder if I should be doing the same. Whether or not that will make me 'stand-out' on Insta. But then I always think back that I want clothes to be comfortable. I want to wear an outfit that is prepared for whatever may come.
There have been times in my life where I am wearing a super gorgeous outfit, but it ends up becoming super uncomfortable because of weather changes, or circumstances that require different kinds of attire.
When I was previously put in these situations, I always think, 'I wish I wore a more comfortable outfit.'
That thought has stayed with me all this time, because no whenever I go out, that's the first question I want to answer, 'Will I be comfortable?'
I mean, there is nothing wrong with wearing a really fancy outfit once in awhile, but definitely plan ahead. If you are wearing heels, and it's a pair of heels that are gorgeous in photographs but aren't comfortable in reality, then make sure you have a ride home, or you have a spare pair of flats you can change into.
Wearing comfortable outfits can be chic, it can still give you a sense of style to an outsider. You don't need to sacrifice yourself to look stylish.
What is a piece of clothing/accessory you sacrifice so you can remain comfortable?
P.S. It's definitely easier to sacrifice shoes and accessories to be comfy than clothes haha
