Thank you for dropping by! I am here to help you discover your best qualities and how to present yourself confidently to the rest of the world. Join me on this journey!
My graduation happened on May 20th, almost an entire month after this post.
I am constantly reading and looking at photos of other fashion bloggers that have not only been filtered, but also show their most flattering angle.
I know a lot of bloggers read my posts so I wanted to share some helpful tips for all you bloggers, but also if you are a non-blogger, don't fret, these will apply to you too!
In honor of it being graduation season, I decided that June's Monthly Mantra's would be an inspiration for recent grads, or just anyone in general :)
I saw someone do a blog post on what they've learnt after 4 years of blogging last month, and then it hit me that my 4 year anniversary also passed in February of this year!
It is my graduation week, and so in honor of that, I will be sharing Graduation relevant content in the days that I post.
April has always been crunch month in college, and now that graduation month is here, I can finally enjoy the next April that rolls around.
It's actually a good thing that my birthday this year falls on a Monday, because that means that this blog post this year can be posted on the day of!
He and I have been together for 6 years (*insert gasp here*). It's crazy how quickly time flies.
April is the crunch month out of the academic year, so instead of not doing this month, I decided to take inspiration from Pinterest!
Since blogging has become so popular, I always see a lot of questions about the difference between Squarespace and Wordpress.com.
Honestly I get a lot of crap from my peers for planning my life so heavily. I know some of it is meant as a joke, but sometimes it really irks me.
Today's post is for all those graduates out there, who are wondering how they will say goodbye to their friends, professors, and a place where they called home for 4 years.
In my young adult life, I learnt, quite quickly, how to not lose myself to expectations.
I would just like to say that while I write these posts, I recognize that a lot of these are a lot easier said than done.
Stick with what you know, and make that transition until you're happy with where you are.
As someone who has been dating her bf since Sophomore year of high school (currently a senior in college), I know a thing or two about being in a relationship while not losing who you are.
I am quite a negative person in general, but I usually emit a very positive persona.
Throughout the past few years, I've picked up some tips and tricks to make saying goodbye easier.
I feel like make up has become a back burner for me (not that I don't care about it, it's just expensive haha) and I've started to really take care of my skin.
Well, obviously I had to give it a try, and this review is coming to you after I've used this system for the entire month it's support to be used for.
Honestly, these are going to be the items you don't think you need, until you own it, and then you question how you've lived before it.
I will preface this by saying that I'm not a big fan of hair masks to begin with, because any hair mask I've used makes my hair feel heavy and more dirty.
I've been hearing this product praises for years, and I finally bought the travel size to give it a try.
My Target has a Soap & Glory section, and I was so excited to try this famous powder.
Because I have Asian hair, I haven't found a good dry shampoo that works well for me.
I feel like this product, and other brow gel products have become dwarfed since Glossier's Boy Brow entered the market.
This is the newest addition to L'Oreal's mascara line, and as someone who swears by my L'Oreal mascara's, I had to try this new one.
Since it was my first week at my internship, I decided to share with you all an outfit that is appropriate for the office when it's hot out, but also fun to go out in at the end of the day.
I hope the following aren't obvious in the photos: how cold I was taking these photos and...
I've lost track with the outfits I've posted on the blog, but I'm pretty sure I've shared a variation of this outfit before.
Do you ever try a trend and think you won't like it but in actuality you really enjoy it and it looks better than you think?
I am honestly so confused with this weather. I don't think I've ever been so confused with New England weather before.
Even though I pre-shot this outfit in the middle of winter and it was freeeezing, this is still an outfit I wear on a daily basis when it gets warmer.
Today I am finally bringing some complications to my outfits! Although still, it isn't super complicated haha
Fun Fact: The name of this outfit is actually because my boyfriend thought I looked like a cowgirl in this outfit.
This is by no means a comprehensive travel guide of such a big city, but these are some of the places I enjoyed visiting, and would totally go back again!
I don't like cats, never have, but it was still calming for me, and it was so nice to be petting them <3
I recently spent about 48 hours in NYC, and I ate a lot of food, so I decided to show you guys some of the food/restaurants I went to!
Obviously my sister and I love food, but why not love food when you live in NYC?
This isn't my first time in Boston, but it is my first time visiting Boston with my boyfriend, and we had been talking about visiting for a long time.
We finished every day with sore feet and ready to sleep for an entire day after. But we got through it, experiencing the joy I knew we would have, and also getting to create new memories with each other.
But overall it was a good trip. It was nice to explore New York City a lot more and to see a lot more sites than when I went in April. I hope I can go back again eventually!
I live in Washington State (when I'm not at school, of course!) so you can imagine how stupid I feel when I have not been to some of the most classic hiking places in WA.
Honestly, my time spent on the Mountains and where we were was very short because of my position in the house, but even then, it was an amazing experience.
